Michelle Phan BSc has extensive experience in sales and engineering roles within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the UK Sales Manager at Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG since August 2020, Michelle manages sales of data connectors and e-mobility products to UK automotive customers. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Sales Account Engineer at LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS U.K. LIMITED, focusing on customer service and engineering quotes for wiring systems. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Productivity Buyer at LEONI, where responsibilities included purchasing materials and implementing cost-saving strategies. Early in the career, Michelle gained retail experience as a Sales Consultant at Next Group PLC. Michelle holds a BSc in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University and a PG Diploma in People, Processes and Operations from Keele University.
