Mike Reynolds has extensive work experience in IT helpdesk and operations management. Mike started their career at Racer Computer, where they provided support and repair services for computers. Later, they worked at Southern United Fire Insurance as an IT helpdesk member, supporting over 300 PC users. In 2005, they joined AustalUSA as an IT helpdesk manager, leading a team of help desk professionals and providing support to around 1200 users. In 2012, Mike became the Director of Operations at Rosen Shingle Creek. Mike has a background in the military as well, having served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1994 to 2001.
Mike Reynolds attended the University of South Alabama from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Computer Science. From 2008 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Phoenix.
