Freya de Mink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Freya is currently serving as the Business Development & Healthcare Lead at Roseman Labs, where they specialize in using cryptographic techniques to collaborate on sensitive data. Prior to this, Freya worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they contributed to multiple areas including growth and go-to-market strategies, strategic planning, program management, and training. Before joining BCG, Freya had experience as a Muzikaal Leider/Pianist at Stage Entertainment/Albert Verlinde Entertainment and as a Pianist and Music Professional. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Delivering Happiness and served as a Project Manager at the International Franz Liszt Piano Competition.
Freya de Mink started their education at Etty Hillesum Lyceum Deventer, where they pursued a VWO degree with a focus on Natuur & Techniek, Muziek, and Grieks. From 2002 to 2007, they attended HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) and studied Piano with a specialization in classical music. Continuing their education, Freya enrolled at Utrecht University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Musicology. Freya further pursued their interest in Musicology at Utrecht University from 2010 to 2013, completing their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. In 2018, they joined the London Business School and graduated in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
