Nicole Gaspar has over 15 years of educational experience, currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Roselle Borough Public Schools since December 2007, where Nicole utilizes Common Core State Standards to design differentiated instructional activities. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Instructional Aide for Roselle Board of Education and gained supervisory and management experience at Catherines Stores Corporation and The Learning Experience. Nicole's foundational experience includes serving as Site Supervisor for YMCA of the USA and an Office Assistant at Caldwell University. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from Caldwell University and a High School Diploma from Union High School.
