LaMetra Kelly, MBA, MPM, is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner and DEIB Coordinator at Rosecrance Health Network since April 2023, with additional roles at Rosecrance since May 2022. Prior experience includes a Supervisor position in Customer Service at MTD Champaign from 2018 to June 2023, and serving as Interim Director & HR Operations Manager at Faith Trucking from 2014 to 2018. LaMetra has honed skills in implementing workforce management programs, developing operational policies, and fostering talent development. Earlier career roles included Assistant Manager at Walgreens from 2006 to 2014, where strategic planning and employee development were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from North Central University, along with an MBA and a Master of Public Health from Keller Graduate School of Management and Purdue University respectively.
