Carlene Cardosi's work experience includes various roles at Rosecrance Health Network starting in 2010. Carlene'sroles at Rosecrance include Chief Operating Officer, Unit Coordinator, Regional Vice President of Residential Services, Clinical Director, and Regional Administrator. Prior to their time at Rosecrance, Cardosi worked as a Group Home Manager at Youth Campus from 2005 to 2008 and as a Program Manager at Maryville Academy from 1998 to 2003.

Carlene Cardosi has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Services, General from Elmurst College. Carlene pursued their undergraduate education at Elmurst College from 1995 to 1998.

Following their bachelor's degree, Carlene attended Aurora University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work.

More recently, from 2018 to 2022, they have been enrolled at Adler University, where they are currently working towards a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
