Timothy Bell serves as a Program Officer at the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment, leading various grant-making programs throughout the Pacific Northwest. With extensive experience in child welfare and youth homelessness prevention, Timothy has held significant roles including Project Manager at Casey Family Programs, where operations and planning benefited from lived experience of the child welfare system. Previous positions include Lead Coach at A Way Home Washington, Board Member and Coordinator at Fosterclub INC., and Co-Director of Youth Programs at The International Foster Care Alliance. Timothy holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Pacific Lutheran University.
