Vincent Cricco is an experienced portfolio and community manager with a strong background in real estate operations. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager, General Manager, and Community Manager at Rose Associates since February 2020, Vincent specializes in developing and reviewing operating budgets, improving capital plans, and implementing strategies to maximize property value. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Director of Operations at Roseland, a Mack-Cali Company, from November 2012 to February 2020, where responsibilities included similar financial and operational oversight. Vincent's experience also includes roles as a Sales/Leasing Agent and Operations Manager with The Marketing Directors, Inc. and a recruiter at Workbridge Associates. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Japanese from Rutgers University.
