Erik Rodriguez is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in community management. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Rose Associates since July 2020, Erik previously held the position of Senior Property Manager at Canvas Property Group and Assistant Community Manager at Greystar. Erik's career began at The Olnick Organization, where roles included Assistant Manager and Senior Property Administrator, along with a position as a Residential Administrative Assistant. In addition to practical experience, Erik possesses advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Sports Business Management from Manhattan University and Manhattanville University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Erik's academic foundation is further complemented by a high school diploma from All Hallows High School.
