Kim Rice possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Rose Acre Farms since August 2019. Prior roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs FSQA at US Foods, Food Safety Territory Business Manager at Zoetis, and Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Keystone Foods. Kim Rice also held significant positions at Con Agra/Pilgrim's Pride as Senior Director of QA and at the American Meat Institute as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Kentucky, obtained from 1986 to 1990.
