Kevin Harmon has had a long and successful career in the finance industry. Kevin began in 1995 as a Director of Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust. Kevin then moved to Credit Suisse in 2001, where they were the Managing Director and Head of Derivative Products Group. In 2006, they became the Managing Director and Head of Origination at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kevin then moved to MUFG in 2012, where they were the Managing Director and Deputy General Manager of the Global Markets Division Americas. In 2019, they co-authored a book called MONEY TALK. In 2021, they became an Executive in Residence at Connecticut Innovations. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer of Roscommon Analytics LLC.

Kevin Harmon has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
