Heather Wallen has a long history of work experience in sales and customer service. Heather began their career in 1997 with ALK Abelló, where they held the positions of Marketing Project Administrator, Customer Satisfaction Manager, and Customer Service Supervisor. In 2008, they joined Rosch Visionary Systems as the Director of Sales and Sales & Training Specialist. In their roles at ALK Abelló, Heather was responsible for benchmarking and reporting for customer loyalty programs, organizing and leading webinars, managing the Customer Service Department, analyzing customer returns, developing and executing training programs, and establishing an outbound calling program. At Rosch Visionary Systems, their roles included directing sales and training specialists.
Heather Wallen received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts & Sciences from Texas State University between 2010 and 2012.
