Tom Swanson has extensive work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Tom is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Rosa's Thai, a position they began in March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Tastesliketom starting in May 2020. From February 2021 to February 2022, Tom held the role of Head of Training at REEF. Before that, they worked at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, where they served as a Regional Training Manager from February 2019 to April 2021, an Area Trainer from January 2018 to January 2019, and a Restaurant Manager from March 2013 to January 2018.

Tom Swanson attended Sheffield Hallam University but did not complete a degree.
