Raymond Balleta has had a successful career in the IT and customer service industry. Raymond began their career at Sutherland Global Services in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative - Netspend. In 2008, they moved to Convergys where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist - AT&T Uverse. In 2012, they joined Atos Information Technology as an IT Helpdesk, Level II. In 2015, they moved to VXI Global Solutions, LLC as a Business Resolution Specialist. From 2016-2019, they were employed at Helpware as a Support Team Lead and Back Office Support. Finally, in 2019, they joined Rosalyn.ai as a Senior Manager, Assessments and Project Manager.

Raymond Balleta completed a Bachelor of Secondary Education in English Language and Literature/Letters from the Philippine Normal University between 2003 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a Short Course Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology from Access Computer College in the Philippines between 2002 and 2004.
