Shilpa is well-versed in tools such as Qtest, JIRA, Confluence, Agile, UAT Testing, Functional Testing, POSTMAN, Kafka, Camunda DT, Zephyr Scale, and more. With a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology Bhaddal, Shilpa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles as a Senior Quality Engineer, Test Analyst, and Quality Analyst.
