Tapiwa Tarika is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Roots Research since July 2024. Prior to this role, Tapiwa held various positions at Step3, including Junior Project Manager and Community Manager, from April 2022 to May 2024. Tapiwa also worked as a Community Manager at Cardstack for a brief period in 2022, and gained experience as a Sales Assistant at Screwfix from November 2018 to August 2022. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Fast Food Team Member at KFC UK & Ireland from September 2017 to October 2018 and completing a work experience placement at Sainsbury's in July 2016. Tapiwa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Brighton, completed in 2022, and attended Bexhill Sixth Form College, studying Psychology, Economics, and Computer Science from September 2017 to June 2019.
