Conrad Laskowski is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and device development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Root3 Labs since March 2015, Conrad specializes in applied research, rapid prototyping, and design for manufacture within the medical device industry, as well as for commercial manufacturers and federal agencies. Prior roles include Lead Mechanical Engineer at TRX Systems, Inc., where expertise in indoor tracking and mapping technology was honed, and prior experience as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Additionally, Conrad worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Key Tech Inc. and contributed at the UMD Functional Materials Lab during studies at the University of Maryland, where a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned.
