Morgan Thomas has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a server at Roosters | We Be Wings Franchise since May 2016, Morgan manages multiple tables to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Morgan worked as a sales associate at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from May 2015 to August 2020, specializing in denim and driving sales through customer engagement. Additionally, Morgan served as a lifeguard at Heath City Waterpark from May 2014 to May 2017, where safety and rule enforcement were paramount. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and attended The Ohio State University at Newark from August 2017 to May 2018.
