Therese Willstaedt began their career at Lonza Walkersville in 2008 as a Scientist. In 2019, they joined RoosterBio Inc. where they held the roles of Product Development Manager and Scientist.

Therese Willstaedt received their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biology from Emmanuel College (Boston) in 1981. In 2021, they obtained a certificate in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from Coursera.
