Carola Binder has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Carola started their career as a Research Intern at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where they worked on laboratory experiments and data analysis. Carola then worked as a Research Experience for Undergraduates in Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, conducting math research. Carola further gained experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the Georgia Tech Math Department, where they led recitations and provided academic support to students.
Carola also interned at the Georgia Senate Budget and Evaluation Office, where they analyzed budget data and prepared reports related to education. Carola later served as an Intern at the National Center for Education Research, where they created a database of psychometric strategies used by researchers.
