Daniel Griggs has accumulated extensive experience in customer success and management roles since starting in the field. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at The Influence Room since September 2021, Daniel has previously held similar positions at Florence and Oliver Bernard, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts. Prior experience includes roles in personal training at DG Fitness and client retention at CPC Finance UK, along with earlier positions in hospitality and coaching. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019.
