Anna Kozlova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Room 8 Group, a position they assumed in January 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the same company from August 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Room 8 Group, Anna worked at Radenia AG as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Operations and Efficiency. Anna joined the company in February 2019 and remained in that role until the present.

Anna also has experience working at Luxoft, where they held the position of Global Head of Change Management from August 2017 to August 2019. Prior to this, they were a Change Manager in the Global Internal Consultancy Unit at Luxoft from August 2015 to July 2017. During their tenure, they implemented various initiatives, such as developing resource allocation frameworks, overhauling the expense planning process, and reducing business travel costs.

Earlier in their career, Anna worked at Civitta as a Senior Analyst. Anna assumed the role in May 2014 and left in August 2015. During this time, they led various projects, including overseeing a BTL marketing unit at a Telecom Company, conducting business diagnostics for a multinational insurance company, and performing an administration efficiency audit for a Pan-Baltic law firm, among others.

Anna's career journey started at VostokFinance Group, where they worked as a Quantitative Analyst from September 2013 to May 2014. Here, they collaborated with a portfolio acquisition team to develop a loan portfolio valuation model, identified unprofitable customer segments, and valuated multiple credit portfolios.

In addition to their professional experience, Anna also has teaching experience. Anna served as a Teaching Assistant in Microeconomics at EERC/Kyiv School of Economics from September 2011 to June 2012.

Overall, Anna Kozlova has accumulated extensive experience in leadership, consulting, change management, operations, efficiency, and analysis throughout their career.

Anna Kozlova completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics at NTUU "KPI" in 2009. Anna then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, also at NTUU "KPI," from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they joined Kyiv School of Economics and completed their Master of Arts degree in Economic Analysis in 2012. Following that, Anna Kozlova attended the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and earned a Master's degree in Finance in 2013. In January 2018, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
