Erin R. Rich, MSOT, OTR, OT, is a dedicated occupational therapist with extensive experience in pediatric therapy and educational development. As a Graduate Instructor at Lesley University since September 2016, Erin leads initiatives focused on creating trauma-sensitive educational environments. With a career spanning from 2005, Erin has provided occupational therapy services in public schools and has developed therapeutic educational materials through roles such as Lead Educator at Room 228. Additional expertise includes consulting at Bloom LLC for inclusive educational content, directing volunteer staffing for vaccine clinics at the Lower Merrimack Valley Regional Collaborative, and serving on various educational foundations. Erin holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drew University.
