Peter (Po Shun) Yu has over a decade of experience in the technology industry. From 2017 to present, they have served as the CTO of Rooit Inc. From 2007 to 2017, they were a Senior Engineer at the Institute for Information Industry, where they published 8 papers (2 journal papers + 6 conference papers) leading to innovation in gene sequencing* for mental disease prediction. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Software Engineer at HGiga, where they developed and implemented architecture for No. 5 national free way traffic system in Taiwan.

Peter (Po Shun) Yu's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Providence University between 1998 and 2002, a Master's degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Providence University between 2002 and 2005, and attending National Tsing Hua University for Computer Science between 2005 and 2007.
