Tony Henderson has extensive experience in housing management, specializing in services for Gypsies and Travellers. Since January 2010, Tony has served as a Neighbourhood Officer at Rooftop Housing Group, where responsibilities include managing Gypsy and Traveller sites and project management for the organization's portfolio. Notable achievements include being a finalist in the 2019 24Housing Diversity Awards as a "community role model" and serving on the NAGTO National Executive Panel since 2019. Prior to this, Tony held various leadership roles at Midland Heart from 1995 to 2009, overseeing services related to homelessness and support for marginalized groups. Tony's educational background includes a Level 4 degree in the management of Gypsy and Traveller sites and a Level 4 Diploma in management from the Chartered Management Institute.
