Lou Palmer has diverse experience in academia and support roles. Since November 2020, Lou has served as an External Speaker and Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England. Additionally, Lou has worked as a Youth Support Worker at Rooftop Housing Group since August 2019 and as an Independent Advisor for West Mercia Police since June 2016. Lou's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Criminology from the University of Worcester, completed in 2019, and a Diploma encompassing Psychology, Sociology, Biology, and Health studies from Evesham College from 2015 to 2016.
