Chris Willard has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Portfolio Marketplace at Roofstock since April 2016. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an Asset Manager at Colony American Homes (now Waypoint Homes) for a brief period and was instrumental in overseeing the financial performance of single-family rental homes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Acquisitions Associate and Acquisitions Associate at Waypoint Homes, where Chris was responsible for the acquisition of over four hundred homes and the deployment of over $80 million in capital. Chris’s career also encompasses roles as an Acquisitions Analyst at Chase Merritt, an Associate at CRA Corporate Realty Advisors, and an intern at GKH Partners, beginning with a strong educational foundation in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
