Soukaina Chahidi is currently the Director of Customer Support at Roofr. Previously, Soukaina held various customer-focused roles at Flashfood, including Head of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Manager. Soukaina also worked as an OMS Consultant at iTradeNetwork, Inc. and as a Manager at Powell's Sweet Shoppe. Soukaina holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University.
