Joshua Fernandes is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with experience at Roofr as a Customer Success Manager since January 2024, and previous roles as Account Manager at Lightspeed Commerce and TouchBistro. Prior to these positions, Joshua held a Sales Development Representative role at Falcon.io and a Sales Lead position at Foot Locker, where crucial contributions were made to sneaker culture promotion.
