Randall Hitt has extensive experience in organizational leadership and philanthropy, currently serving as Vice President of Unsheltered Services and Chief Engagement Officer at Roof Above since May 2020. Previously, Randall held the position of Chief Engagement Officer in the merged organization of Men's Shelter of Charlotte and Urban Ministry Center from May 2019 to May 2020. Randall's earlier roles include Director of Philanthropy at Men's Shelter of Charlotte from August 2015 to May 2019, and Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Marketing and Development at Community Link (NC) from February 2011 to July 2015. Randall's career also includes significant marketing and communications roles at various organizations, including the N.C. Center for Nonprofits and Tribble Creative Group, where comprehensive strategic and development initiatives were a focus. Randall holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University.
