Jim Deacon is a seasoned professional in the construction and safety management industry, currently serving as a Health and Safety Engineer at Roncelli, Inc. since August 2023. With extensive experience spanning over a decade, Jim has held various roles, including Safety Coordinator at Concrete Placement, LLC, and Superintendent positions at Schafer Construction, Inc. and J.S. Vig Construction.
