Leonidas Pekka Kambiselis has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Leonidas Pekka started their career in 2008 as a Lead Motion Designer at Oy Fjord, where they worked on visual design for websites and mobile apps, specifically within the Nokia team. After that, they worked as a Designer Project Lead at Wärtsilä Marine Solutions, where they designed the user interface of a PCS system used on modern ships, which won a Red Dot Design Award.
In 2011, Kambiselis joined Nokia as a User Experience Lead (UX/UI), where they worked on projects like the Nokia "Lumia Creative Studio" suite of mobile applications, winning awards such as the IF Design Award in Germany and being recognized as an IDEA finalist in the USA. Leonidas Pekka was responsible for user experience and user flows design, as well as mobile app development.
From 2013 to 2016, Kambiselis worked at Microsoft as a Design Lead (UX/UI). Leonidas Pekka defined UX principles, conducted usability tests, and supervised the interface design process with a team of 40 international designers. Leonidas Pekka utilized tools like Adobe Creative Suite in their work.
In 2016, Kambiselis had simultaneous roles at Tieto and Huawei Technologies. At Tieto, they worked as a Design Lead, leading the concept and redesign phases of a banking system. At Huawei Technologies, they participated in brainstorming and concepting of Huawei's next-generation mobile applications, including a 3D accelerated operating system concept.
Kambiselis joined Nordea in 2017 as a Design Lead, responsible for User Experience Design for several mobile apps. Leonidas Pekka contributed to increasing the user base from 40,000 to 300,000 users within one year and implemented UX design techniques such as Cognitive Bias based design and the establishment of a Design System.
In 2020, Kambiselis became the Head of User Experience at Accusonus, an audio technology company that was later sold to Meta. Leonidas Pekka defined product design and led design efforts for multiple audio products and platforms.
Currently, Kambiselis works at Ronati as a Design Lead (UED), focusing on defining user engagement and experience across all digital platforms of the Ronati ecosystem, which allows high-profile art dealers to centralize their inventory.

Leonidas Pekka Kambiselis has a diverse education history. In 2002, they enrolled at Middlesex University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 3D visualization the following year. Later on, they attended Aalto University from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in New Media. In 2013, they attended Teesside University and obtained a Diploma in Business Development, focusing on Business Strategy and Digital Marketing.
In addition to their formal education, Leonidas has also obtained several certifications. In July 2019, they completed certifications in Business Conduct, Data Privacy, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Handling Information, all from Nordea. Furthermore, in March 2016, they received a certification in Project Management from Prague College.
