Earlier in their career, they held roles as the Finance Director at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business, where they achieved fiscal objectives and provided supervision and training to a team of administrative staff. Tim also served as the Athletic Department Financial Director, overseeing reporting processes and providing leadership to staff. Additionally, Tim has experience as an Assistant Men's Basketball coach.
