Heather Brungardt serves as the President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Brungardt was the Chief Program and Clinical Officer at Children's Home Society of Florida from 2022 to June 2024 and the Vice President of Workforce Development at Partners in Care Foundation during 2021-2022. Brungardt also held the role of Senior Administrative Director of Psychosocial Services at Children's Mercy Kansas City from 2013 to 2021. Experience includes managing quality initiatives as the Manager of the Center for Quality at the American Academy of Family Physicians (2012-2013) and serving as the Director of Community Services at KC CARE Health Center from 2008 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Pittsburg State University.
