Marius Rizea is an experienced business professional with a strong background in financial management and process improvement. Currently serving as Business Controller Manager at Romstal since February 2020, Marius collaborates with executives to establish strategic objectives and develop quantifiable KPIs for performance tracking. Previously, as Lean Coach Coordinator at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, Marius implemented Lean methodology to enhance the organization's Continuous Improvement framework. With extensive experience at KRUK Romania, Marius held various roles, including Processes, Projects and Internal Control Manager, focusing on project management and internal audit. Marius began a career in quality assurance at VP Holding Management System and has earlier experience in technical support and survey operations. Marius holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
