Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and blockchain innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements for decentralized infrastructures. Micha has also served as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at IIB Council, and an advisor at multiple organizations, including PioneerVentures.io and Sweetbridge, Inc. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has undertaken additional studies at MIT and in project management.
