Ben DeMann is a highly experienced software engineer and co-founder with a strong background in computer science. Currently serving as the co-founder of Demergent Labs since June 2022, Ben also holds the position of software engineer at Romaric Corporation. Previously, Ben worked at DreamWorks Animation as a Department TD from December 2018 to October 2021, and as a Render TD at Blue Sky Studios for a brief period in 2018. Academic experience includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, where Ben studied from 2014 to 2018, alongside earlier work as a research assistant. Prior to the animation industry, Ben gained valuable experience as a software engineer at City Creek Marketing from July 2013 to July 2017, focusing on research and development of new products and software maintenance.
