Hayden McLaughlin is a Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Romar Engineering Pty Ltd since December 2020. Prior to this, Hayden was a Ground Station Team Leader at Macquarie Orbital, where the goal was to build a cube satellite and a ground station for communication. Hayden was also a Treasurer and Mechanical Design Engineer at MQ Speed, a team aiming to break the world record for the fastest Human Powered Vehicle. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Macquarie University and a Certificate II in Engineering from TAFE NSW.
