Mike began his professional career in business information with The Home Depot in 2000 as an Analyst. One of his first projects after joining Romanoff in 2005 was building a system that could manage orders and pay installers for work completed. Mike and his team built the backend systems, scoping SqlServer, Exchange and transformative move to Office 365. He designed an industry leading ERP tool customized to the flooring business. Today that tool manages everything from customer scheduling to the payment calculations for both Subcontractors and Employees. In 2014 Mike was promoted into his current role where he and his team use data and teamwork to partner with the Operations organization to influence decisions and projects across the company, and at times the Flooring industry.
