Kurt VanDonkelaar is an experienced professional in the field of welding engineering and account management, currently serving as the Automotive Segment Account Manager at RoMan Manufacturing since January 2023. Prior roles include Welding Engineer at Challenge Mfg. Company from March 2015 to December 2022 and Weld Engineer positions at R&E Automated and RoMan Engineering Services between 2011 and 2015. Kurt began a career in welding during an internship at L&W Group in 2010. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Welding Technology, both obtained from Ferris State University.
