Jane Alfano has extensive experience in both the financial and educational sectors, as well as in parish ministry. As Parish Life Director at the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego since July 2021, and Pastoral Associate at The Church of St. Luke since September 1994, Jane manages parish programs and outreach initiatives, serving as a liaison to various community organizations. Previous roles include Coordinator for Middle and High School Youth and Young Adult Ministry, where Jane developed diocesan youth programs, and a long tenure at San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, focusing on commercial loans and foreign exchange processing. Additionally, Jane served as a Board Trustee and President for the Cajon Valley Union School District, overseeing strategic planning and student achievement for a large student population. Earlier experience includes positions in human resources at Home Fed Savings Bank, specializing in compensation and benefits. Jane holds a high school education from the University of San Diego High School.
