Thijs van den Munckhof is an experienced investment manager specializing in the Life Sciences and Health sectors, currently serving as the Investment Manager at ROM Utrecht Region since April 2023. Previously, Thijs worked as a Strategic Project Manager for Start-ups at Invest-NL and as a Business Developer in Health at Graduate Entrepreneur. Thijs has held several investment management roles at Libertatis Ergo Holding B.V. and UNIIQ, and has experience in business development through a temporary assignment at NLC, where involvement included the selection and validation of healthtech ventures. Thijs co-founded justnuts, a successful healthy snacking company, and has project management experience from UMC Utrecht. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Utrecht University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with various certifications and specialized programs.
