Jaap Breugem is an experienced professional currently serving as Chairman of the Vital’nya Foundation, which supports Ukrainian refugees in Utrecht through various activities. Jaap also holds the position of Chief Creative Officer at Playground Creative Concepts and serves as Senior Advisor for International Business at ROM Utrecht Region, focusing on attracting and supporting international companies. Previous roles include Director of International Affairs at the Economic Board Utrecht, Senior Project Manager at VNG International, and International Policy Advisor at FNV Bondgenoten. Jaap's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College UWC.
