From there, they worked their way up to becoming a Program Manager and eventually an Assistant Manager in the Information Center. In 2019, they returned to the Learning and Development Specialist role before transitioning to Rollstone Bank & Trust in 2020. At Rollstone Bank & Trust, they initially served as a Learning & Product Development Officer before being promoted to Vice President of Learning & Product Development. Currently, they hold the position of 1st VP Retail Service & Employee Development.
