Nick Ball is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in quality management and manufacturing within the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Rolls-Royce since May 2019. In this role, Nick oversees quality management at the Composite Technology Facility in Bristol Filton, focusing on advanced technologies such as Ultra-fan and composite blades. Prior to this, Nick held various positions, including Quality Engineer at Broadway Engineering Ltd and Quality/Workshop Manager at PDQ Precision Limited, where responsibilities included managing non-conformances and overseeing workshop operations. Nick's early career featured roles as a Manual Turner and CNC Operator, supplemented by a Foundation Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UWE Bristol's International College.
