Jim Taroni is an experienced Duty Manager at Rolls-Royce since October 2010, responsible for providing 24/7 service support for Trent and RB211 engines. Previously, Jim served as Lead Engineer and Capability Manager, focusing on developing engineering teams, ensuring project effectiveness, and improving systems and software products. Prior to this, from September 1996 to August 2010, Jim worked as Team Lead in Service Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing a Technical Help Desk and providing global technical support for engine overhauls. Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering from the University of the West of England, earned between 1992 and 1996.
