Paul Lester CISM is a seasoned professional in cyber security and information assurance, currently serving as the Cyber Security & Information Assurance Manager at Rolls-Royce SMR since February 2022. Previously, Paul held the role of Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant at Company X Consulting Ltd from October 2020 to February 2022. Paul has extensive experience with the UK Ministry of Defence, where from April 2013 to October 2020, responsibilities included leading defensive cyber security and risk management efforts for the Broader Middle East & Asia. Paul's roles encompassed overseeing programme assurance and risk management, managing cyber and electronic warfare transformation projects, and directing operations for a large team focused on delivering critical information and intelligence services. Education includes an HND in Digital Communications Management from Bournemouth University and a focus on Cyber Defence and Information Assurance at Cranfield University.
