Eric Sweet has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the Chapter President of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Eric then served as an HR Analyst at RaceTrac Petroleum from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on automation of HR functions and implemented effective data collection methods. From 2015 to 2017, Eric worked as the Manager of Compensation, Talent & HR Analytics at Rollins, Inc., where they developed reporting techniques, managed the Merit Review processes, and recommended process improvements. Eric then became the Senior Manager - HR Systems, Analytics & Compensation at Rollins from 2018 to 2022, overseeing the implementation and configuration of UltiPro and leading HR technology initiatives. Currently, Eric is the Director of HRIS & Compensation at Rollins, responsible for system enhancements and supporting company operations and growth.
Eric Sweet attended Georgia Southern University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
