Syntyche Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Syntyche started their career in 2009 at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where they worked as a Research Technologist, providing administrative and clerical support. In 2012, they became a Research Service Analyst, responsible for tracking proposals and ensuring compliance with regulations.
In 2014, Walker joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as an Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations. Syntyche held this role until 2019 when they transitioned to the position of Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. During their time there, they worked to develop partnerships with corporate entities.
Currently, Walker is serving as the Director of Development for the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Their primary responsibilities in this role include fundraising and donor stewardship.
Syntyche Walker completed their education with a Master's degree in Public Administration, specializing in Human Resources, from American Public University in 2020. Syntyche also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General, from Old Dominion University.
