Ty Hayes is a design engineer currently working at Roll & Hill since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ty served as a product engineer at INRAD from August 2021 to August 2023 and as an automation engineer at Spectrum Industries, Inc. from October 2020 to August 2021. Earlier, Ty held the position of automation technician at Spectrum Industries, Inc. from 2018 to 2019 and completed a mechanical engineering internship at EBW Electronics in the summer of 2017. Ty holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Product Design and Manufacturing from Grand Valley State University, which was obtained in 2020, following graduation from Grand Rapids Christian High School in 2014.
